Joyce Wade-Hamme has over 20 years of experience in medicine and exercises her business acumen as the founder and head physician of Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic. As the co-founder of TIW, Dr. Wade acts as a medical and financial advisor to streamline projects involving heath and wellness.

Carla Kirkland 's career in education spans 30 years. She is the founder and CEO of The Kirkland Group, where she specializes in providing educators with a student-oriented approach to instruction. As the co-founder of TIW, Mrs. Kirkland uses her expertise to promote education in the community through educational resource development.

Debra McGee is the Senior Vice President and Director of Minority Business Development at BankPlus. With over 35 years of banking experience, she has achieved several career feats, such as being one of Mississippi's Top 50 Businesswomen. As the co-founder of TIW, Mrs. McGee shares her financial literacy skills and extensive network to foster the professional development of project team members.
